I am hardworking, have a strong personality, can work under pressure and is a person who does more than is expected. I get along with most people and have a caring nature. I am self-disciplined and take pride in my work. I have very good planning and organisational skills and I am a quick learner. I am very strong in Human resources and the everyday administration of a company. I was affiliated with NEASA and represented my own clients at the CCMA. As owner of my own business I was responsible for all employment related work, performing disciplinaries for clients, representing my clients at CCMA cases, drafting employee contracts and any other HR-related services my clients required. I have experience in the Africlock system, the Uniclox system, the Intercode Payroll system (Wages). I also have experience in completing EMP201, EMP501, IRP5 and IT3(a).
