I am a person who sees the big business picture, knows both business and ict intimately and as such view it as a rare combined skill. I can therefore bridge the gap between business and ICT which I believe a CIO or CTO should be able to do. I am great with strategy development and digital transformation of an organisation. I enjoy digital forensics and investigations which can be used in directly dealing with a matter being investigated, a cyber security incident. Ultimately,I am a strong believer that forensic skills when used strategically, can be turned into a proactive internals strengthening measure rather than a mere whipping rod. Forensics skills takes the abilities of Internal Audit to another impactful level which can save a business a lot from losses or otherwise drive a business process change from a risk management approach. My IT Audit background as a CISA is very helpful in the light of POPI compliance.
