In my former role as a housekeeping manager, I was responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are up to standard, that staff follows the basic SOP , ensuring that rooms are in excellent standard , liaising with the client regarding improvements and ensuring the client that myself and my team deliver service as requested also making sure the client is satisfied.
