Christoffer Raby Hiroyasu has been working in the Catering occupational sector for more than 19 years. Currently he is self employed, preparing International cuisines at private functions and food markets in Pretoria and Johannesburg. Christoffer has gained managerial experience in Myanmar when he worked at and International Language Center, as well as when he was the Executive Chef at a Hotel in Zanzibar. Running his own catering operation has taught him extensively about budgeting, wastage control and marketing.
