Having started my first job in September 2008 just after matriculating I was already seen as an eager hard worker and upon our return in January from a 3-week break I was Promoted. six months thereafter another Promotion, taking it upon myself to learn the estimation and working out of prices according to board grading prices and weights a Requirement for a Sales Representative. I at this point was in charge of the sales Manager`s accounts and administration along with 3 other sales Reps, I quickly was admired for my sales tactics, Acquiring large sales by doing cold calling . I was able to acquire many such sales and relationships whilst at the office. Many Big Brand Clients invited me to boardroom meetings, Speaking on ongoing business and the future of our Relationship. I was fortunate enough to attend various seminars and workshops to improve my said skill. when business was not doing well I would be asked to leave other duties and for that particular day focus on new business of which I succeeded every time. This was only my first employer . My last employment which ended in May 2022 was Freelancing. One month after having started I Requested to be considered for more opportunities and Responsibilities of which I was able to procure 3 different tasks until the necessary technological protocols were put in place. We did Risk Forecasting and Crime analysis of Violent and Non Violent Crimes. I Was then asked to Supervise a Team spanning multiple Provinces whilst still being one of the top performers either reaching 1st or second place month after month for the last 2 years. The client had then lost funding and we were not able to continue with the Project.
