I am passionate about culinary arts and the hospitality industry with an openness to growth and eagerness to learn new things. This has aided in my ability to problem solve and think on my feet. I have a National Diploma in Hospitality Management which was completed at the Tshwane University of Technology, I also have a diploma in patisserie through the FBI chef school and patisserie academy. Through various experience in the hospitality industry I have become versatile in my abilities and knowledge in different aspects which contribute to my flexibility within the work place. One of my best qualities is having a high work ethic and integrity in my work allowing me to be a good leader with the ability to lead by example. I’m a trustworthy, dedicated and hardworking. I am highly motivated within my career choice with a lot of pride in all that I do, with a keen eye for detail.
