I have obtained a National Diploma in Human Resources Management in 2012. I also obtained my SDF and my Conduct Outcome-based Assessment certificates in 2012. I have broad knowledge and experience in HR as well as in Training. I worked as a HR Coordinator/Administrator and have dealt with recruitment (full circle - advertising up to appointment), general HR work e.g. appointments of new employees, resignations, death claims, retirements, withdrawals of pension fund and medical aid and much more. I have worked as a HRD Coordinator with duties such as compiling weekly and monthly training plans, sourcing of training entities, keeping record of training (training matrix), compiling various reports, assist with performance management, recruitment of Apprentices / Learnerships etc. I have organised Psychometric Evaluations for Apprentices and Learnerships when needed. I completed applications for internal / external training as well as Education Assistance documents.
