I am a customer experience advocate and CRM professional with over 15 years’ experience in Digital Marketing. I have helped several large and small teams, as well as many brands, achieve their goals over the years. My career highlight was receiving a Silver Assegai in 2012 for CRM technology, as a result of my work as Project Manager at Digitas Licorice. I have managed several teams and enjoy seeing my staff succeed and grow under my leadership. I am a growth science enthusiast by nature, and l love to challenge the status quo and to better understand and deliver to the ever-evolving and all-knowing customers. I am also a public speaker on the topic of data management and CRM and have had the opportunity to be a panel and keynote speaker at key events within the industry. I am passionate about what I do and enjoy passing on my knowledge to others.
