Over the last 9 years, I have dedicated my professional career to catering for the top 1% of the world's Elite on their private yachts, Residential Estates and Private Islands. My experience spans from Event management in remote places, FOH/BOH/F&B/Housekeeping operations. I managed and trained my own teams in all departments. My people management skills and knowledge in small scale niche operations is what I pride myself in. I am looking to continue my passion for hospitality on weekends while I further my career in Training and Development full time during the week.
