I would describe myself as a qualified Mechanical Engineer with strong Lean Manufacturing, Plant Operations and Project Management experience within the international arena. I hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have the reputation for being a dynamic leader with a strong technical background and excellent people and communication skills. I am driven, determined and persistent in nature. Key skills include strong knowledge and experience in continues improvement systems and the ability to train and coach at all levels. I have solid customer / supplier interface skills (clients include Toyota, BMW, GM, Nissan, JLR and Ford). I want to continue to develop my network within the international manufacturing sector and share my knowledge and experience with others, and am keen to gain further management experience in the international manufacturing and engineering arena and am keen to further my qualifications to develop business, engineering and management skills.
