I have been working in the administrative field for the last +11 years and I am keen to apply my knowledge and key skills gained throughout those years to this opportunity if granted. At my last employment I started as the school receptionist and I have worked myself up to secretary, PA and then to part of the school Management. As part of the school Management it was my duty to maintain the everyday running of the school, handling all the daily problems and challenges as they arise. Being in this position I had to be able to think fast on my feet and come up with solution on the go. I also have intensive experience with planning events and functions, everything from staff/parents meetings to fundraisers and award ceremonies. As my CV shows I am the type of person that takes on my role head on and I work myself up, no challenge is too big for me, I thoroughly enjoy challenges of problem solving and working with clients / co-workers to bring about speedy resolutions and smooth running of the work environment. Being in this field and through my knowledge, experience and skills I believe that I can deal with people in a professional manner that will have a positive effect on the company I work for. In addition my strengths are my skills which are my knowledge, passion, determination and loyalty towards my work. I am always willing to learn more and improve on my knowledge and skills. I have recently applied to do my Diploma in Operations Management and a certificate in Excel online for now to help improve my knowledge. As soon as I have a permanent work I will apply to get my certificate in Pastel.
