'Curiosity is the engine of achievement' – by Sir Ken Robinson and my greatest joy is seeing people succeed in something they are learning. I strive towards excellence internally and to those around me not at the cost of anyone but at the benefit of everyone. Challenges are growth points that bring me to the excitement and often are a question of perspective and insights. Asking for help is a trait that I believe is candor and should not be shamed but rewarded with support and more support. Behavioural Economics (BE) is my favorite form of understanding the world as it drives almost every system. As a polyglot, I have learned to communicate but also to listen carefully. When meeting new people I am authentic in who I am and not afraid to get to know people for who they really are. Working hard I am not shy from but working smart offers so much more ability to push the boundaries.
