I have extensive (4 years+) experience working for one of the worlds largest eCommerce companies. I have held multiple positions from entry level customer support to individual specialist roles and currently working as a Team Manager to a customer services team. While I am based in South Africa, my current role is a work from home role and I have experience meeting, reporting to and managing agents across the globe with focus on the US, San Jose and India. I am experienced with reporting in excel and multiple other platforms as well as a quick learner on new tools and platforms. Having worked for this eCommerce giant, adjusting to and implementing new tools is an expected skill. I am professional and well organised. I enjoy data handling and sorting as well as structuring reports from raw data into usable reporting structures and outputs. I am looking to apply my skills in a contact environment to expand my knowledge base and skills as well as get further international experiences
