I worked for Galileo by Travelport, in Johannesburg, South Africa in the following departments - Call Centre for 7 years, in 2002 got promoted to Sales as an Area Account Manager I managed 6 Account Managers, who supported Travel Agents within the Southern Africa region including Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana and Namibia. My duties were to retain the market share and maximize the revenue streams. In 2005, I got promoted to head Galileo`s Vendor Department as a Vendor Support Manager a BDM position for 7 years. I was assigned to manage global airlines, hotel chains and car rental companies. I’m agile also a fanatic for details – particularly when it comes to Account Development and Project Management.
