Bokang Mphahlele, metallurgist driven by passion, dedication, experience, new challenge and hard work. I am not afraid to work under certain circumstances meaning I am not afraid of a challenge. A hard working person who believes in 99% hard work and 1% talent. An engineer who is eager to learn and not afraid to be corrected. I strive to complete what I have started regarding my work. Technically I have been exposed to extractive and physical metallurgy through laboratory work done at wits university. Through doing honours research on my own, I was able to learn some of the aspect including how to take decision based on proven results, how to engage with other departments and co-workers. I am currently receiving the knowledge and relevant skills through concentrate plant at the Samancor Western Chrome mine. The role include how to manage project, delicate work, how to train employees for new procedure, guide through safety, how to handle employees and most importantly how to optimised the recoveries and maintain the quality
