I am an energetic and self-motivated man of forty five who is a self-starter, results-oriented and highly experienced with figures and very proficient on computers. My experience in the Accounts department spans over 20 years, in various sectors of bussiness . I started as a Senior Accounts Clerk for an Estate Agent for 6 years, before moving into the transport industry as a Bookkeeper , where I worked for 3 years. I then landed a job as an Accounts Manager at a 5-star hotel , where I was responsible for all the Financial aspects of the hotel for over 4 years. I then moved to South Africa in 2009 where I became a Creditors person for a very large hardware where I was responsible for a portfolio of over 600 creditors. I was then promoted to be Finance Officer/Accountant in February 2010, a position that I held till June 2015 when I moved to Pretoria, to join a large wholesale company as a Finance & Administration Manager for 2 years before the wholesale closed down in June 2017 . Presently am working part time as a bookkeeper at a school in Johannesburg. I am very versatile and highly experienced on several accounting packages, including Pastel, Solution 6,Syspro,Kerridge, Pastel Payroll, Belina payroll, and have vast hands-on experience on excel, word, power point and all Microsoft systems.
