Introduction Letter Bihanca Pienaar Good Day I am 30 years of age and have more than 10years experience. I started with promotional work on holidays and weekend while still in school. Then I did some hotel management and staff management in the UK for a year. After that I started working as an Executive PA for 4years. I then started at Masscash regional Office as a Buyers assistant and am currently working as a Regional Replenishment Buyer. I’ve been working for this company since 28 September 2012. My Job Includes: • Working close with Suppliers to get deals and in getting stock into our stores • Doing orders for the DC as well as our 7 Cambridge (Retail) Stores • Making sure orders gets delivered to our DC and stores on time • Making sure we get the best deals for our orders • Doing price increase buying • Making sure damages are managed by the Suppliers • Making sure short dates stock are managed by the Suppliers • Keeping all line in stock at all times in the stores and DC • Checking the KVI in stock daily and making sure we have stock on these lines at all times. • Daily Sales and order reports • Making sure we have enough stock to cover us for promotions • Working on Arch doing orders • Working close with store managers to make sure they have stock on the shelves at all times • I have a wide range of experience and did a lot of courses helping me gain even more experience is certain fields. I’m very good with computers. I have good communication skills. Good telephone etiquette. Attention to detail. Good Time Management. I’m very experiences with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) I’m familiar with Pastel accounting. I’m a hard worker, very neat, responsible, trustworthy, reliable, honest, fast learner and always on time. I’m prepared to learn and will appreciate any opportunity that will come my way.
