I am an IT Technician - Support Engineer and have a solid background behind my resume. I have been in the IT industry for 5 Years, I have attained the following qualifications: National Diploma IT, MCP, MCSA O365, MCSA Windows Server 2012, MCSA Windows Server 2016, MCSE Cloud Platform Infrastructure, CCNA & Sophos Certified Engineer. I have experiencing working on Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 and other Microsoft products including cloud and hosted platforms like Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure. I have experience in Cisco Meraki Firewalls, Mikrotik Router Installations, and End user support amongst others on my CV. I have acquired a varied skill-set and thus have been able to support hundreds of clients and complied with different IT Procedures which are aligned to IT best practice. I have been involved in a lot of challenging IT projects which has broaden my insight with IT solutions from the ground up.
