I'm Basetsana Moloto. A Communications Major who has lived, worked, studied and trained professionally in three career streams, namely; Events Planning and Management, English Home Language Teaching, and Copy Writing. I have now almost 5 years of experience working for Events companies, schools, digital firms, and organizations, not missing extensive marketing communications freelancing. I have extensive experience in events planning and management, paralleled with marketing as a social media manager. I am able to work on an event from conception, all the way to managing the production and program of event from beginning to end, while managing marketing content including writing its content and managing creative processes. My access to different spaces has allowed me the joy of drawing up event profiles, company corporate documentation, and identities. I've developed a great work ethic and I have the best Can-do attitutde I know. I've managed large-scale, complex events such as weddings and house warmings, and graduation parties primarily on my own with finesse. Such projects helped the companies I've worked for to transform and thrive in competitive spheres by creating manageable solutions that combine strategic insights by my learned, but mostly natural execution excellence. I will foster collaborations, obtain consensus and work well with all levels within an organization. I have a natural charm and quick wit that makes me easy to learn, quick to adapt, and overly proactive. With my work mantra being "Get The Job Done. At All Cost", my project management skills are, as far as I have seen, unmatched. This has allowed me to expand myself, managing not only processes, but persons, and myself in a very organised and professionally effective manner. Having worked the most in a small company, although having being hired primarily for internal communications, I found myself working so effeciently, that I was able to handle a number of other duties and grew to master office management and administration as well.
