I have been working in the property industry for close to 9 years. I have worked in conveyancing for 6 and half years and 2 years in sectional title schemes management. Through my experience, I have found that I have a good grasp on all areas of Sectional Title as well as the property mortgage bond and cancelations process. I have attended to bond registrations on all 4 of the major financial institutions. Over the years I have found that I am a fast learner and have a good understanding of technical systems. Through my experience I have learned that I am able to work independently and use my initiative. My work is organised, structured, accurate and I am able to prioritise my workload by working in a conveyor-belt like system with the ability to jump from one task to another at the drop of a hat. I have a friendly and professional manner and enjoy working in a team or independently. I enjoy a fast paced and busy work space and believe personal growth and development is of utmost importance.
