Dear Sir/ Madam My passion for people, growth and continuous self-development has been reinforced throughout my career journey thus far. In 2018, I successfully completed my Industrial Psychology internship and through that journey gained exposure in several fields of organisational behaviour such as – talent management, managerial and leadership psychology, organisational change, organisational design and change management, career coaching and guidance as well as assessments but to name a few. My ambitious interest in understanding human behaviour within the work context and drive to equip both employee and employers with the necessary tools to ensure that individuals perform at their best - so as to ensure that organisational objectives are met; I believe would result in a unique and enriching experience for both parties. In my previous position, I was tasked with the responsibility of enabling a platform in which colleagues are able to further develop and nurture both their professional and personal skills. Skills that speak to leadership, personal mastery, networking and change management. Furthermore, I was afforded the opportunity to assume the role of a coach – with the intention of providing both career and professional guidance and assistance to employees within the organisation. My main achievements in my career thus far that I believe would be of value to your team are: • Invited as one of the guest speakers at the annual women’s day event, where I shared my life journey to an audience of 400 guests and proposed possible solutions to address gender disparity within the organisation. • Formed part of the team that was awarded 3rd position at the Gender Mainstream Awards 2018 in the category Equal Representation for the development programmes delivered to colleagues within the business unit. In addition to this, I am well equipped to work successfully both independently and within a team context to share ideas and collaborate. I am diligent and precise in the tasks I am assigned, and passionate in the success of both the individual and collective as a whole.
