I guide people in crushing self-limiting beliefs, anxiety, overwhelm and depression, to find mental and emotional freedom, and create balance. Over time, it has become clearer that people are struggling and suffering from societal, family, professional and personal pressures that are creating mental health problems, burnout and stress. After being through similar issues and finding the tools to overcome and manage these issues, I wanted to help others find the same tools in their lives and become the next best versions of themselves.
