My name is Avela Mbange, I’m 25 years old and I recently graduate from Walter Sisulu University with a National Diploma in Internal Auditing, and I am currently finishing my Advance Diploma in Internal Auditing. While I was doing my diploma I learned both theory and numbers, did modules such as Internal Auditing, Financial Accounting, Cost accounting, Commercial law, Statistics, Economics, Business information systems, and more. I worked at Ayavelisa Consulting as a finance assistant. I’ve worked hard in my education and now I’m ready to apply my knowledge into practice. While I don’t have any real-life work experience, I’ve had a lot of exposure to the business environment. A lot of my courses involved working with real companies to solve real problems. Now, I’m looking to leverage everything I’ve learned in university and get some hands-on work experience.
