I bring a passion for communication - for enabling others to develop the confidence to stand tall and speak out. The passion is underpinned by two decades in politics, including seven in parliament ; politics is ALL about communication. The passion is also underpinned by two decades of active involvement in Toastmasters International. I offer what I have learnt and practised over these past decades in order to make the difference I can to help others reach their full potential. All aspects of communication are pivotal to such development. My training focus is primarily on group and one-on-one coaching in presentation skills and communication confidence, business communication, effective body language, and professional etiquette. (I will soon add listening and thinking skills to this list of focus areas.) In addition I offer keynote speaking and MCing services. My involvement in proofreading puts my eye for detail and my quest for excellence to work.
