I am an Industrial Psychologist. I have a PMP (Project Management Professional) qualification as well as a diploma in Leadership Coaching. I have more than 23 years' experience as an HR Executive, Board Member and Business Manager. I am seasoned at negotiation and stakeholder management. My contributions have led to Old Mutual SA receiving the Employer of Choice Award in 2013 and Legal Aid SA achieving unqualified audits for 8 years in a row. I am an unconventional HR professional due to my experience in both business and HR. I believe that my strength lies in thinking like a business person when delivering HR results. In 2010 I was chosen out of 12 contenders to represent SA at the United Nations Work Group to develop a Flexible Working Arrangement strategy and plan. I have implemented HR Systems, HR Analytics & innovation, Employee Experience and employee engagement programs at Old Mutual SA and other clients; Transitioned HR services from different mines into the Global Shared Service Division at Anglo American and conducted many change management interventions and HR projects nationally and globally across many different industries.
