I have just completed an international contract as Production/Technical Support Manager and Internal Trainer in Taiwan for Japan Tobacco International (JTI). With relevant qualifications and over 30 years working experience within the FMCG industry, I offer a wide array of up-to-date skills and extensive knowledge on production practice. Through my varied and international work settings, I have learned to be highly adaptable and to take on new technology rapidly and apply it timeously. Areas of expertise include high-speed packing machines, preventative maintenance systems, and budgeting and cost saving strategies. I am proficient in project management, human resources and industrial related issues, and 5 S 3 R housekeeping standards. I have become adept at supervising and training junior technicians, and I have a strong focus on productivity, production efficiency and also the improvement thereof. I am able to motivate, inspire and lead multi-cultural teams, as my CV would clearly show. I appropriately engage at all levels within an organization, and positively liaise with stakeholders for the benefit of the company.
