Andre van Vuuren is currently a Principal Consultant: IT Strategy who can operate from the strategic level to the technology level, with a good grounding in business processes, application architecture, information architecture and technology architecture. He has experience in a variety of industries, amongst others in the Telecommunications, Export, Travel, Retail, Petrochemical and Government industries. Andre has line management experience as well as an understanding of the basics of satellite communications. Andre has a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as an Advanced Executive Program Certificate from The University of South Africa. Andre is currently has responsibility for the I.T. Strategy consulting centre of excellence in the Business Consulting team at Business Connexion. Andre is also an accredited project manager and specialises in the management of participative architecture initiatives. Andre has received two “Team of the Year” awards for his projects where clients were highly complimentary and most satisfied with the delivered result. Andre is looking to take on solution engineering challenges in project management, computer engineering and allied domains.
