I worked as the Group ICT System Manager for a JSE listed construction company for over 4 year. Supporting over 550 IT users with around 10 staff members in the IT department. We had a total of 10 offices around South Africa. After this I was first contracted to a Support contract for a governmental group supporting the SAN Storage and backup systems for around 12 offices and having around 4500 IT users. When the contract came to an end I joined the Company who supported the contracted in the Managed services department supporting Governmental and private clients and also doing solutions for this clients in this field. I had to also do the project planning of some of the projects and the implementation. The Client base was anywhere from a SMB 5 - 50 users all the way to big companies with over 15 000 IT users. I now work as an IT Identity Security Senior Consultant supporting a privileged account management software on-site at a client with over 15 000 user.
