I have more than 15 years of experience in HRIS related function. In charge of implementing and maintaining SAP HCM System and SAP Sucessfactors, where I have played the roles of requirements assessment, business process design, functional analysis, system configuration, system testing and production support. In current position as HR System Support Manager, the main responsibility is to have design and development of HRIS System including HR Database Management and Time Management. To simplify HR Process, I developed many of online system where integrated with SAP HCM module. And also create a human resources data report to executive board.
