I have completed my B-Tech Degree in Health and Safety Management Systems and Procedures and have previously been employed by Aveng Grinaker-Lta, which has given me a great amount of exposure to the daily tasks and procedures of occupational health and safety management, including its legislation and regulations. I am passionate about the construction industry, more so about the health and safety systems and procedures pertaining to the industry. I want the opportunity to implement and maintain the requirements to achieve continuous improvement. My aim is to contribute towards upholding the quality and reputation of the company I work for and give my very best towards achieving company goals. I am a very organized individual who ensures that my work is done to an excellent standard, and believe that a career within Health and Safety is interesting and beneficial. I enjoy the challenge of ensuring that companies follow certain standards and guidelines and protect their staff. I also take pride in helping people when they are unsure of what procedures need to be followed. I believe that Health and Safety exists to protect people in the workplace as well as the public surrounding the area and is extremely important to adhere to.
