I have particularly been energized with over 20 years’ experience within Retail (Edcon) , Fast Moving Goods (PepsiCo Simba) & Manufacturing (MTO Cape) sectors amongst others where I had to apply a tangible skills set within areas of recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and industrial and employee relations. Much of these capabilities have been honed within highly unionized environments with a strong need for Employee Relations, Change and Performance Management.
