A great team player and independent worker who always eager to help. My education qualifications include Btech and National Diploma in Public Management. Currently, I am studying Masters in Public Administration at Nelson Mandela University. My previous position, at National Department of Public Works, included a wealth of administrative experience. I had a privilege of assisting in administrative tasks such as filing, processing invoices, compiling reports, handling incoming calls, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for management, coordinating meetings and typing correspondences. I performed all of these tasks with great enthusiasm, as a result, I frequently met and exceeded the expectations of my superiors. Working for a department that deals with enormous projects, highly confidential information, top clients, specified targets and timeframes taught me to think on my feet, multitask, excel at meeting deadlines and most importantly to maintain professionalism and integrity at all times, especially when handling finances. In addition, provided me with a great opportunity to improve my written and verbal communication skills, as I was responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders in person, via email, letter, post or telephone. Some of my key skills I obtained through studying and working include: • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • In-depth knowledge of qualitative research aspects • Attention to details
