I am a hands-on, values-based leader. A strategic Executive with over 15 years’ work experience within multi-national businesses. This includes both executive and non-executive board membership. I have worked extensively throughout Africa, engaging with customers in the Financial services, Telecommunications and Retail sectors, at an executive level. I have worked in the UK and Japan due to group reporting lines. I have engaged with customer executives in UK who have off shored their customer service business to Cape Town. I am passionate about leading the commercial growth strategy of a business, by leveraging empowered engaged employees, satisfied customers off a base of products and processes that speak to market requirements.
