My previous role, I exercised leadership, innovation, and contribution of team efforts and organizational improvements. I am open-minded and focused on new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and motivational when delegating work and working with the warehouse staff as well as with proficiency in customer service and collaborative work. I enjoy working independently or in a team and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal. I manage well under stressful conditions and meeting my daily deadlines with accuracy. I am a problem solver, honest and hardworking. I believe in going the extra mile for companies who I have been employed with and have served for many years. The only reason that I am looking is due to being retrenched and company closing it's plant down. I am not a mover when I find or accept a companies position.
